Connected Data and Drobo Enter Into Merger Agreement
SANTA CLARA, CALIF. – May 28, 2013 – Connected Data, a provider of elegantly designed storage solutions to share, access and protect data, and Drobo, maker of award-winning data storage products, today announced they have entered into a merger agreement.
Geoff Barrall, founder and CEO of Connected Data, was the original founder and former CEO of Drobo.
The companies are currently in a 30-day due diligence process.
