It's sure looking like we'll be getting ourselves a seventh version of iOS come Monday morning, but we'd guess Apple has some other surprises in store for the keynote that will kick off WWDC 2013. New laptops? Probably. An updated desktop operating system? Possibly. A television? Unlikely, but hey, anything can happen. We'll be there to help you find out, liveblogging the keynote from start to finish and bringing you all the news as it happens. We'll also be doing a live, streaming broadcast before the keynote to whet your appetite and get you up to speed on what to expect from the day's Apple news. Just a year after Tim Cook sat down for his first non-financial interview as CEO of Apple, the man himself is back for yet another round. He'll be seated in Rancho Palos Verdes, California tomorrow evening at the D11 conference, taking questions from hosts Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg, and we'll be liveblogging every moment of it. The interview is taking place with under a fortnight to go until Apple's WWDC, where we're expecting to see details on iOS 7, the Mac lineup and perhaps a glimpse at whatever the company is (presumably) cooking up in the wearables department. Well, Yahoo! has already officially announced its $1.1 billion cash deal to snatch up social darling and microblogging platform du jour, Tumblr. The question on everyone's mind is, what else could the struggling web pioneer have up it's sleeve? Truth is we have no idea. Could Mayer have another acquisition to announce or a special new product lined up for tonight's event? Or, is she simply going to talk about the finer details of the Tumblr deal for an hour. We're gathering just outside of Microsoft's HQ for what is looking like it'll be a day full of excitement, culminating in the "special unveiling" of a "New Generation." It'll be the next Xbox for sure, replacing the venerable Xbox 360 that has been giving us gaming joy (and occasionally frustration) since way back in 2005.
