Sleep — it's as much a beloved activity as it is an elusive one. Whether because of school, work, your social life or a combination of the three, getting a good night's rest is rarely in the cards.

Despite this common difficulty, there are certain tricks that can help you sleep, like keeping your sleeping environment comfortable, staying away from certain foods and turning off electronic devices.
