If pallid, brooding, skinny men make your pulse race, we've found the man that will sweep you off your feet in this inclement weather. The Cut received the giant tome that is Marni Uomo's men's autumn-winter 2013–2014 look book, stuffed entirely with photos, portraits, up-close shots, and black-and-white photo-booth-like series of one unnamed pensive male model. To make him even more in tune with today, in some looks, his hair is plastered over his eyes, appearing almost like he's soaked from the rain. Other times, he's changing out of sweaters, showing off glimpses of his chest, and sometimes, Mr. Serious even cracks his game face and flashes some endearing smiles. Enjoy this male model and his stormy smolder.

Redbox Instant, Flixster to join Sony's own live event streaming service on PS3, PS4 and PlayStation Vita
Sony's own PlayStation 3 just happens to be the most used Netflix-streaming device in the word, but that doesn't mean the outfit isn't offering a diverse array of streaming options. Today at its E3 press event, the company announced that the all three of its consoles -- PS3, PS4 and Vita -- will support a Sony live viewer service, Redbox Instant and Flixter, as well. Sony didn't say when support for these services would arrive, but made sure to mention that its own Music and Video Unlimited apps would be available on the PlayStation 4 at launch. Hit up our ongoing liveblog for additional coverage.
when.eng("eng.perm.init")Early Xbox One buyers to get Day One Edition consoles
Let's say you're excited about the Xbox One... so excited, in fact, that you're okay with spending $499 on it before you've even touched the gamepad. Microsoft wants to accommodate you: buy a system quickly enough and you'll get the limited Day One Edition. While the core system won't change, you'll get to flaunt your early adopter status through both a slightly customized controller and a special Xbox Live achievement. Microsoft is also offering a matching (though separate) Xbox Live 12-month Gold pass that bundles an exclusive Killer Instinct character. If those rarities are enough to encourage an early purchase, you can reserve one through Microsoft and other retailers. Let's just hope that there aren't too many launch day quirks.

Sony to bring original programming to PS4 and PSN
With its much anticipated PS4 console reveal out of the way, Sony brought out Entertainment head Michael Lynton to talk media services for the platform. When the PS4 launches later this year, gamers will be privy to exclusive, original programming crafted specifically for PSN and made by Sony's studios. No further details were given on just what the company has in store nor what the pricing model would be (free vs paid?). But like Microsft, Sony's looking to maximize on its living room position and, of course, that familiar buzz word: corporate synergy.

‘Ball Ironing,’ a Cosmetic Procedure for Men
When an Italian magazine asked George Clooney about plastic surgery, he recently joked, "I never fixed my eyes, but I spent more money to stretch the skin of my testicles. I did not like wrinkles. It's a new technique, many people in Hollywood have done it. It's called 'ball ironing.'" And now, proving that Poe's law also applies to Hollywood vanity, a Santa Monica spa is offering a "Tighten the Tackle" procedure.
Beauty Park's $575 scrotal beauty procedure "involves using lasers to remove hair, erase wrinkles, and correct discoloration on the scrotum," the Daily Mail reports. On its website, the medical spa refers to procedure merely as a "Male Laser Lift":
Male grooming these days is on par with female grooming. Using the Pixel laser this procedure evens out skin tone, removes discoloration from ingrown hairs, removes skin tags and provides overall tightening to the external skin. You know where…
"Tighten the Tackle" inventor Nurse Jamie "had a difficult time coming up with a name" for her innovation. "Other contenders included 'Ball Ironing,' 'Go Nuts,' and 'Laser Polish the Crown Jewels.'" A Dr. Drew collaborator whose personal brand does not include a last name, Nurse Jamie advises that scrotum age quickly:
Next time you see a man with crow's feet in the corners of his eyes, you will not be able to stop thinking about the wrinkles on his nut sack. It's a bit like the conventional wisdom about wrinkly hands betraying a woman's age. Now that "Tighten the Tackle" and its long-standing female counterpart "the Vajacial" (vagina facial) exist, though, there is really no way to assess the age of a human other than the nostalgia they "like" on Buzzfeed Rewind.
Christian Louboutin's Beloved Red Soles Get Messy
In celebration of Christian Louboutin's new in-store "salon" at Saks, the brand made this video of the designer gleefully applying fresh paint to his trademark red soles, which then leave a trail of scarlet footprints through New York and Paris. If only all our tracks could look so tidy.
