Two Motorola phones hit the FCC, likely headed for Verizon

While we're waiting (and rather impatiently, we might add) for Motorola to officially take the wraps off the Droid Ultra and Moto X, a pair of mystery devices from the company have popped up at the FCC. We can't say for sure what the Motorola XT1030 and XT1080 are, but we can tell you these unannounced devices are likely headed for Verizon here in the US. Inside both handsets you'll find support for LTE bands 4 and 13, along with EVDO Rev. A and WCDMA on 850/900/1900/2100. There's even room for NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11ac radios as well.

The combination of practically every available wireless technology in a single handset has us pretty excited, but we're also pretty confident that inside beats a beefy Qualcomm heart. The filings reveal little else, besides the fact that the XT1080 appears to be quite a bit larger than the XT1030. Is the 1030 the briefly leaked Droid Ultra? Could the XT1080 be Big Red's variant of the Moto X? Who knows? Heck, the RAZR family is just about due for an update too. You know the drill: hit up the source if you like highly technical filings, or just sit and play the waiting game.

Madonna’s Dancer Boyfriend Is Now a Fashion Designer

Madonna's 25-year-old French boyfriend, model-dancer Brahim Zaibat, has officially become a fashion designer, the Telegraph reports. His new line of all-black hoodies, crewnecks, sweatpants, tanks, beanies, and tees featuring emblems such as a masked face, a raised fist, and an AK-47 rifle is called Defend Paris and has already been worn by celebrities (of course) including Madge, Rihanna, Steve Aoki, Zachary Quinto, and Chris Brown. According to the brand's philosophy,  "DEFEND is fashion with a cause." Currently, the brand's three causes include Paris, children's rights, and human rights, and all proceeds from sales will be donated to charities. And, thanks to his high-profile girlfriend, he's already rubbed shoulders with Riccardo Tisci.

Try This Nontoxic, Pleasant Smelling Bug Spray

We spend something like eight months out of the year counting down the days until we can bask in summer sun. But just like the hormonal euphoria that allows a woman to forget the ordeal of childbirth, we also forget the terrible aspects of summer — bugs, humidity, more bugs — until they are upon us.

Our savior: Mrs. White's Unstung Hero Mosquito Spray, a nontoxic bug repellent. Unlike most insect sprays on the market that contain toxic chemicals, smell awful, and leave a sticky residue, this all-natural formula combines an uplifting lemon tea scent and an amino acid that renders you invisible to pesky bloodsuckers. The spray is also non-oily, which means you can spray it with abandon all over your skin, clothes, and bedsheets without worrying about ruining your summer whites.

Lace Goes Dark With Valentino’s Dramatic Couture

The couture collection at Valentino today was ornate, ladylike, and slightly menacing. As models swept down a runway that looked like the corridor of a mansion (nice touches of taxidermy!), all that lace, herringbone, and satin took a moodier turn. For instance, gold lace quickly went from girlish to resplendent to menacing when shot through with blood-red embroidery.

All told, each look was reminiscent of what Jane Eyre might wear had she had access to couture: dark, stormy, Victorian. Especially one ball gown whose gorgeous oxblood velvet bodice was attached to a full skirt with a print inspired by a cabinet of curiosity. The daywear was lovely in an almost Hitchock way, with suits in bookish herringbone and camel plaid. And since the true lady makes an impression coming and going, the back view of the items — like a vixen-ish peekaboo black lace dress — was often more gasp-worthy than the front. Click through our slideshow for a closer look.

Johnny Depp Just Kept Kissing Jimmy Kimmel

I used to think the chief joy of watching a straight, man-on-man kiss on television was the element of surprise. After watching Johnny Depp kiss Jimmy Kimmel three times, I'm working on a new theory. Kimmel, for his part, chalks the smooches — and Depp's professed Barbie habit — up to DOMA being struck down. Whatever works, guys.

The Best Sex Jokes on Inside Amy Schumer, Season One

The first season of Inside Amy Schumer exploded onto Comedy Central — it was the highest-rated series premiere for the year — and ended Tuesday night with a bang. To be precise, an inadequate three-way bang. Like Amy, we're left wanting more. More clown sluts; more vagina gym classes; more ludicrous lines like this: "This [dildo] makes my eyes pop out of my head and become my vagina." So while we wait for season two in 2014, here's a roundup of the best sex jokes Schumer has delivered so far. Satisfyingly, might we add.
