Another Manhattan plastic surgeon, Dr. Sam Rizk, sees male business triple in the weeks surrounding Father’s Day. His $30,000 neck lift — the better to show off last year's neck tie — comes with a year’s supply of Botox. “I don’t think it’s offensive anymore,” Dr. Michael Fiorilla told the News. “It’s more like buying a massage or buying a spa treatment, and making your dad feel good about himself.” No more offensive than another book he’s already read, probably.
